The Lao Ministry of Public Security reported that from January 1 to September 16, 2022, Laos conducted 153 special operations, detaining 10,651 suspects from 31 countries and regions, including Laos, China, Vietnam, and Thailand. During these operations, law enforcement officers seized 589 suspects and thousands of devices at the ST Vegas building, and confiscated large quantities of equipment and drugs in various locations.
