A week after the liberalization of the foreign exchange market, Ukrainians reduced the purchase of cashless dollars by 12%. Experts predict the hryvnia's course for September, with some expecting stability due to international aid and others anticipating a controlled devaluation. The National Bank of Ukraine has been strengthening the hryvnia against the dollar and euro, with the official rate set at 44.45 UAH/USD and 51.53 UAH/EUR on September 2.
