    Man Allegedly Defrauded of 191 Million Yuan by 'Good Brother'

    A man from Fujian, Zhangzhou, Pinghe, Lucheng, using the ID information of Zhangzhou Xiangcheng and the alias (Ah Liang), allegedly defrauded his friend of 191 million yuan. The victim, after investigation, found out that the suspect's brother, Wang Jiaming, helped him withdraw the cash. Both suspects are currently in Vietnam. The victim is offering a high commission to anyone who can help retrieve the money. The suspect has a history of fraud in Myanmar.

    Russians Exploit Seasonal Advantage for Infiltration

    Russian forces are currently utilizing dense vegetation provided by the season to infiltrate Ukrainian lines in small groups on the southwestern Kostyantynivka direction. They focus on the flanks and junctions of Ukrainian brigades, attempting storming actions where coordination might be lacking. Despite their efforts, they have not yet succeeded. Ukrainian forces are aware of this tactic and are prepared for constant enemy movement and attempts to infiltrate. The window of opportunity for Russian infiltration will close as autumn progresses and leaves fall, increasing their potential losses.
