    Emirates Crafts Arsenal Crest from Retired Aircraft Parts

    Emirates and Arsenal celebrate 20 years of partnership by unveiling 'The Aircrafted Arsenal Crest', a 2.4-metre-high sculpture made from upcycled parts of Emirates' Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. The installation, created by Emirates Engineering, features the iconic Arsenal cannon and shield, with components like an A380 landing gear wheel hub and Boeing 777 aluminium fuselage skin. The sculpture will be permanently displayed at Emirates Stadium.

    A footballer from Brazilian club Coritiba, identified as Jasi or Jasy in various reports, scored a goal and enthusiastically jumped over an advertising board to celebrate. However, he fell into an underground tunnel leading to the dressing rooms. The goal was later disallowed due to offside, and the player had to be substituted due to an injury sustained from the fall.
