Maximiliano Oscar Martínez, an Argentine Federal Police officer who went missing in Jujuy on September 8, was found alive in Bolivia on Tuesday. His cell phone signal was traced to Villazón, Bolivia, six days after his disappearance. A massive search operation involving Argentine and Bolivian forces led to his location in La Paz.
