    Russia Imports Gasoline from Morocco

    Russia has begun importing gasoline from Morocco, with a shipment of approximately 30,000 tons of AI-92 gasoline arriving at the Arctic port of Murmansk. The fuel was loaded onto a Panamanian-flagged tanker in the Moroccan port of Tangier in mid-July and is being supplied by the company 'Lukoil'. This is the fourth country from which Russia is importing fuel, following Belarus, Kazakhstan, and India. The imports are a response to fuel shortages caused by Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries.
