Xi'an Police Bust Money Mule Operations in Telecom Fraud Case
Xi'an police have arrested 14 suspects and dismantled three 'money mule' operations involved in telecom fraud. The suspects were recruited with the promise of high daily wages for part-time jobs, and their real-name accounts were used to transfer illegal funds from telecom fraud and online gambling. The police seized 65 personal QR codes and 35 mobile phones involved in the case.
