Woman Arrested for ISIS-Inspired Bomb Plot at New York State Capitol
A 35-year-old woman, Jessica Bowie, was arrested by the FBI for allegedly planning to bomb the New York State Capitol building in Albany. Bowie, who converted to Islam five years ago, expressed support for ISIS online and asked an FBI informant for help making explosives to target the capitol.
