Casualty's Sophia Peters Dies in Heartbreaking Scene
Casualty fans were left devastated as Sophia Peters (Kellie Shirley) returned for the show's 40th anniversary specials and met a tragic end. Sophia, a psychiatric liaison nurse, had a complex relationship with Dylan Keogh (William Beck), with whom she shared a 'will they/won't they' dynamic. She previously left Holby after discovering she was pregnant and having a termination, much to Dylan's shock.
