China's First Robot School Opens in Hangzhou
The first robot school in China has opened in Hangzhou City. The Hangzhou Robot School is teaching and certifying robots from 16 companies, with about 30 humanoid and four-legged robots enrolled. After passing a technical exam, the robots will be trained in fields like medicine, art, and sports. Upon graduation, they will be certified and sent to work.

India Urged to Proactively Address AI Risks in Finance
India's Chief Economic Adviser V Anantha Nageswaran emphasized the need for a proactive approach to AI safety and security in the financial sector. He warned that while AI can enhance creditworthiness analysis and risk flagging, it should not create new forms of exclusion. The financial sector was advised to build safeguards against AI risks before deploying the technology.
