    Lake Powell Hits Record Low Level

    East Bernard Football Coach Jeremy Jenkins and Wife Killed in Car Crash

    East Bernard ISD athletic director and head football coach Jeremy Jenkins and his wife, Brandy, were killed Saturday night in a crash on Texas 60 between Hungerford and East Bernard. The couple, who were survived by their three sons, were described as the community's leaders and biggest supporters of the athletic program. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.     Eritrean Migrant Convicted of Raping Elderly Man Outside UK Church

    Bruke Desalagne, a 33-year-old Eritrean migrant, was convicted for raping an elderly man outside St John's Church in Harrow, north London. Desalagne dragged the heavily intoxicated victim off a bench and raped him on a grass verge for 20 minutes. The assault was partially captured on CCTV and a witness's phone. Desalagne initially claimed he was trying to help the victim. He will be sentenced in the autumn.
