Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan Establish Transport Corridor
Tajikistan, Iran, and Afghanistan have agreed to create a transport corridor to develop road transportation and expand economic cooperation. The agreement was reached through meetings between transport ministers and officials from the three countries. A Tajik delegation led by Deputy Minister Shavkat Saidmaradov visited Iran to follow up on the agreement, and official negotiations were held in Mashhad on July 14 and 15.
