    ICE Arrests Illegal Immigrant Accused of Multiple Sexual Offenses

    U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arrested Rocael Ordonez-Cruz, a 23-year-old Guatemalan illegal immigrant, on July 21 at the Middlesex County House of Correction in Billerica, Massachusetts. Ordonez-Cruz was charged with rape, assault to rape, indecent assault & battery on a person over 14, and indecent exposure by local authorities. ICE arrested him after his release from state custody and served him with a notice to appear before an immigration judge. He will remain in ICE custody pending the outcome of his removal proceedings.
