
Malaysia Aids Search for Missing Citizens in Nepal Floods
Malaysian authorities are coordinating efforts to locate and assist Malaysian citizens affected by devastating floods in Nepal, with at least 57 still unaccounted for. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has activated an emergency response team to verify information, support search and rescue operations, and provide consular assistance. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has directed relevant departments to identify and contact affected citizens, and Malaysia is considering sending aid and a search and rescue team.
