Shenzhen has formally incorporated electric bicycle traffic violations into the personal credit system. Non-motor vehicle drivers who are fined five times or more within a year, or who have three or more unprocessed traffic violations within a year, will have their violation information sent to credit institutions. Currently, 50 citizens who ride bicycles in Bao'an District have had their violation information recorded in the credit information system.
