Large Drug Seizures Across Brazil

Over the past few days, Brazilian law enforcement agencies have conducted several operations resulting in significant seizures of drugs and arrests of suspects. In Araraquara, SP, the Military Police (PM) seized nearly 250 kg of drugs, including marijuana, cocaine, ephedrine, and laughing gas, following a domestic violence report. In Manhuaçu, MG, over 1,600 ecstasy tablets were seized, along with other drugs and materials related to drug trafficking. In Governador Valadares, MG, 167 bars of marijuana were found hidden under a sink. In Jundiaí, SP, a man was arrested with over 3 kg of drugs and damaged a police vehicle. In Montes Claros, MG, a man was caught with drugs and over R$ 2,800 in cash after attempting to flee from the PM. In Petrolina, PE, the Civil Police seized approximately 1.2 kg of cocaine and 51 kg of marijuana. In Governador Valadares, MG, a man was arrested with a gun and drugs after fleeing across rooftops. In Anguera, BA, a man was arrested for drug trafficking during Operation Vale da Paz, with drugs, ammunition, radios, and cash seized. In Hortolândia, SP, a man was arrested with 4,085 portions of drugs ready for sale. In Angra dos Reis, RJ, over a thousand capsules of cocaine were seized, and two men were arrested for drug trafficking. In Miguel Pereira, RJ, three people were arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking, with a large quantity of narcotics, firearms, and cash seized.
