Russia Seizes Jehovah's Witnesses' Properties

A Moscow court has seized 123 properties belonging to Jehovah's Witnesses, transferring them to the Russian state. The properties, valued at over 400 million rubles, include residential and commercial buildings, as well as land plots, totaling over 11,000 square meters. The seizure follows a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office, which argued that the transactions were made to avoid state ownership after the organization's liquidation in 2017. The properties were registered in foreign structures of the denomination.
