Expert Skeptical of Freya Project's Feasibility

Colonel Viktor Kevluk, an expert at the Center for Defense Strategies, has expressed skepticism regarding the Freya project, which aims to create a cheaper anti-missile system. Kevluk argues that developing such a complex system requires significantly more time and resources than currently stated. He believes that creating an effective anti-missile defense system involves developing not just a missile, but also radars, control points, launchers, data preparation, and information exchange means. Kevluk also dismisses the idea of quickly creating a cheaper analog of the American Patriot system, comparing it to selling Mercedes for the price of a bicycle.
