A Russian military satellite, 'Kosmos-2612', performed a series of orbital maneuvers to approach the commercial radar satellite 'ICEYE-X36', owned by Finnish company ICEYE and registered in the US. The satellites approached each other to about 4.5 kilometers at a relative speed of about 4 meters per second. Analysts warn that such maneuvers could indicate preparation for potential use of anti-satellite weapons, as Russia has tested similar technologies in the past.
