Poland is planning to significantly increase the minimum amount of money required for short-term entry of foreigners, reports RMF24. Under the new rules project, to stay up to 4 days, visitors will need to confirm the presence of at least 1000 zloty instead of the current 300. For longer stays, the daily amount will increase from 75 to 300 zloty. For students or those arriving for study or research, the required amount for the first two months will increase from 1270 to 2020 zloty. These changes are still a project and may come into force 30 days after the official publication of the decree.
