Liverpool Injury Crisis: Isak and Gakpo Doubtful for Man City Clash

Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has confirmed that Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo are both doubtful for the Premier League clash with Manchester City due to injuries sustained on international duty. Isak started the season impressively with four goals in his first five games but withdrew from international duty with a thigh injury. Gakpo, who has also been bright under Iraola, is also an injury doubt after being substituted against Serbia. The pair returned to Liverpool for assessment, but Iraola confirmed that both could miss the hotly-anticipated clash with City at Anfield on Sunday.
