During inspections of defense industry enterprises, Kim emphasized the need for 'the most concentrated, destructive, massive, and versatile offensive capability' in artillery, stating that it must 'responsibly fulfill the two missions of deterrence and waging war'. The modernization of artillery and increased AI integration are part of North Korea's efforts to expand military production and enhance its military capabilities.
