WWII Veterans Cast Their Votes in Russia's Elections

Across various regions in Russia, World War II veterans turned out to vote in the ongoing elections. In Fryazino, Ivan Zuchkov, aged over 100, cast his ballot with his wife Alla, setting an example of civic responsibility. Similarly, 100-year-old Maria Zueva in Kolomna, and Antonina Terekhova in Magadan, both war survivors, exercised their democratic right. In the Dzerzhinsky district, 100-year-old Adelphina Mazyatova was accompanied by the district head, Vladimir Volkov, who thanked her for her participation. Meanwhile, 99-year-old Alexander Ageev voted at home with the help of the election commission. Notably, 103-year-old Vera Petrovna Dubrovina, a war veteran and great-grandmother, also participated in the elections. In the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), a 100-year-old veteran of the Great Patriotic War voted in the State Duma elections.
