Exploited Workers in Myanmar's Wa State Black Company

Over 200 employees in a black company under the Shan State Army's protection in Myanmar's Wa State are producing military bags, with monthly sales exceeding 30 million yuan. Workers are subjected to harsh labor conditions, including 19-hour workdays with minimal breaks, physical abuse using electric batons, and forced consumption of bodily fluids. They are also subjected to emotional fraud targeting female customers over 45 years old. The company does not use cash and pays employees only 10% of their sales in kind, with no option for cash payment. Workers are lured into the company under false pretenses and are unable to leave unless the scam is shut down.
