Mexican Producer Luis de Llano Arrested for Contempt in Sasha Sokol Case

Mexican producer Luis de Llano was arrested in Mexico City for violating measures ordered within the sentence in favor of singer Sasha Sokol for moral damage. The arrests stem from two different failures: not recording and presenting a public apology to Sokol and not publishing the synthesis of the sentence that confirmed his civil responsibility for moral damage. The producer was arrested by elements of the SSC-CDMX in compliance with two judicial orders issued by a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of the City of Mexico, each contemplating 15 hours of arrest accumulable (30 hours in total) as a measure of coercion against his repeated refusal to comply with the final sentence issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN).
