Russians Bring Chickens to MFCs for Mandatory Poultry Registration

Starting September 1, owners of personal subsidiary farms with more than 10 domestic birds must register their flock in the 'Horriot' system due to new rules aimed at controlling infectious diseases. Some Russians, mainly pranksters, have been bringing their chickens and roosters to 'My Documents' service centers, sparking a wave of satirical videos online. However, registration can be done by reporting the number, type, and breeding conditions of the birds, either online or through the local veterinary station, without physically bringing the birds.
