Azizulhasni Clarifies LA28 Status, Seeks Answers from KBS and MSN

Datuk Azizulhasni Awang, Malaysia's national track cycling champion, has issued a nine-page explanation regarding his status in the country's qualification mission for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics (LA28). He stressed that the issue is not about his willingness to continue competing but whether Malaysia still needs his services to secure tickets for the event. Azizulhasni, also known as 'The Pocket Rocketman,' clarified that he is still capable of competing at the highest level and is willing to secure private sponsorship if necessary. He also suggested channelling unused funds to young cyclists and called for clear agreements on athletes' rights to qualifying points. Azizulhasni hopes that KBS and MSN will provide a clear answer regarding his status in Malaysia's LA28 mission.
