Mike Pence: Ukraine Winning War, Needs More Missile Defense

Former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, in an interview and subsequent statements, asserted that Ukraine is winning the war against Russia. He expressed concern about Ukraine's vulnerability to Russian ballistic missile strikes during the winter, given insufficient Patriot or THAAD missile defense systems.
