Azerbaijan, Armenia, and U.S. Mark Peace Summit Anniversary

One year after the historic peace summit at the White House, the U.S., Azerbaijan, and Armenia issued a joint statement marking progress towards lasting peace in the South Caucasus. The three countries have maintained border stability, taken steps to normalize relations, and made significant strides in implementing the TRIPP project. The U.S. has provided a $201 million grant to attract private investments in the Middle Corridor. Both Azerbaijan and Armenia have lifted transit restrictions and increased bilateral trade.
