Disabled People's Protest Halts Northbound Trains at Yongsan Station

Disabled people from the National Disability Discrimination Elimination Federation (NNDDEF) are protesting at Yongsan Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, causing northbound trains to pass without stopping. The protest, which began at 10 AM today, is demanding increased government support for disabled people's integration into society. The NNDDEF argues that the budget for supporting disabled people is insufficient compared to funding for disabled facilities. This is the second such protest by the NNDDEF in the same section this month.
