Russia, Slovenia Resume Parliamentary Dialogue After Four Years

Russia and Slovenia have exchanged messages for the first time in four years, signaling a potential resumption of dialogue between the two countries. The Director of the Second European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Yuri Pilipson, noted that organizing a meeting at the level of heads of the highest legislative bodies implies a substantial agenda. The new Chairman of the Slovenian National Assembly, Zoran Stevanovic, plans to visit Moscow, a move welcomed by Pilipson who praised European politicians advocating for restored dialogue with Russia.
