Insights by Echo AI

A study by Gallup and Edward Jones found that while Americans are using AI tools for financial guidance, they remain skeptical of its output and prefer human advice for major decisions. Only 27% had some or a great deal of trust in AI, compared to 79% for financial advisors. AI is more commonly used for tactical questions like retirement plans or Trump Accounts, while advisors are trusted for personal financial planning and anxieties.
