Four company owners, including a woman, pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to a total of 30 charges of making false claims under the Career Development Programme 2.0 to the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) in 2024. The accused, Wong Joon Hong, 40, Goh Chee Wai, 43, Neoh Wooi Lee, 50, and another woman, Phua Ai Ling, 45, made the plea after the charges were read out to them by Judge Irwan Suainbon. Wooi Lee, who is also the owner of Golden One Stop Services, D One Solution, As You Wish Enterprise, and Century SS Solution Company, faced 21 charges, while Chee Wai, as the owner of Tojeda Enterprise Sdn Bhd, was charged with six charges. Meanwhile, Joon Hong, who was charged as the owner of J.H Food Court, faced two charges, and Ai Ling, as the owner of Great Solutions Management, had one charge for the same offence.
