US Developing New Nuclear Strategy for War with China or Russia

The US Department of Defense is drafting a new nuclear strategy that emphasizes the potential use of tactical nuclear weapons in regional conflicts with China or Russia. This shift, internally referred to as the 'three-body problem', aims to provide the US president with more nuclear response options during crises.
