German Foreign Minister Visits Kyiv Amidst Security Concerns
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul arrived in Kyiv by a special train for his fourth visit since taking office. The visit was not announced in advance for security reasons and took place against the backdrop of overnight rocket and drone strikes on the city.
