   Telegram Develops Web Proxy to Bypass Blocks

   Telegram is developing and testing a new method to bypass internet restrictions by using web proxies. The messaging application will mask its connections through these proxies as standard HTTPS traffic, making it harder for providers to distinguish from regular web traffic. Telegram Desktop will connect to a website through HTTPS/WebSocket, which will handle the MTProxy traffic. The domain itself can function as a normal web page.
