Peruvian Government Seeks Legislative Faculties for 120 Days
The Peruvian Ministerial Council, led by President Keiko Fujimori, approved a request for legislative faculties to the Congress of the Republic. The request seeks to delegate powers to legislate in matters of citizen security, micro and small businesses, employment promotion, productive development, taxation, administrative simplification, and other urgent structural reforms.
